DayTradeCoin Radar (“we”, “us”) offers a web-based dashboard that visualises market data, alerts, and paper-trading features. Access is currently provided free of charge. Creating an account or joining the waitlist does not create any payment obligation, and no subscription or billing is activated at this time.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter binding agreements under Norwegian law. Keep your login credentials confidential and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms or applicable regulations.

Because the service is offered without charge, we may add, modify, or remove features at any time. We may limit access or discontinue the service if necessary for maintenance, security, or legal reasons. We aim to give reasonable notice of material changes where practicable.

DayTradeCoin Radar provides informational tools only. We are not licensed to provide investment, financial, or tax advice. Digital asset and derivatives trading involves substantial risk, including loss of capital. You remain solely responsible for evaluating information, complying with local laws, and making trading decisions.

Do not use the service for unlawful purposes, attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with security, or redistribute data without prior written consent. Violations may lead to suspension or removal of access.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by Norwegian law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, or trading losses arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for gross negligence, intentional misconduct, or other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

These Terms are governed by Norwegian law. Disputes should first be attempted resolved amicably by contacting us at support@daytradecoin.com. If a dispute cannot be resolved, it may be brought before the ordinary courts of Norway. You also retain any statutory rights to seek assistance from the Norwegian Consumer Council (Forbrukerrådet).

We may update these Terms when operational, legal, or regulatory needs change. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
